Terms of Service for Runnir

Welcome to Runnir! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the rules that govern your use of our mobile game, Runnir.

Please read these carefully. By downloading, installing, or playing Runnir, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not play the game.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Ragnarök Group OÜ ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Who Can Play

  • You must be at least 13 years old to play Runnir.
  • If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live), you must have your parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Rules of the Game

We want everyone to have a fun and fair experience. When playing Runnir, you agree that you will not:

  • Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game.
  • Try to disrupt our servers or the networks connected to the game.
  • Buy, sell, trade, or rent your account to anyone else.
  • Use the game for any illegal purpose.

If you break these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account.

3. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Runnir is free to play, but you can buy virtual items (like extra lives, characters, or virtual coins) using real money.

  • No Real-World Value: Virtual items have no monetary value in the real world. You cannot cash them out, sell them, or transfer them to others.
  • You Buy a License: When you purchase a virtual item, you do not "own" it. You are buying a limited, personal right (a license) to use that item inside the game.
  • No Refunds: All purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you have billing issues, you will need to contact Apple or Google customer support directly.

4. Ads and Third-Party Links

Runnir is supported by advertising. You may see ads or links to other websites and apps. We do not control these third-party ads or websites, and we are not responsible for their content or what happens if you click on them.

5. Who Owns Runnir?

We own the game. All the art, music, code, characters, and text inside Runnir belong to Ragnarök Group OÜ. We grant you a limited permission to download and play the game for your own personal, non-commercial fun. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our game.

6. Updates and Changes

We are always working to make Runnir better. We may automatically update the game, change features, balance difficulty, or remove certain content at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to stop supporting or shut down the game entirely in the future.

7. No Promises (Disclaimer of Warranty)

We hope you love Runnir, but we provide the game "as is." This means we do not promise that the game will always work perfectly, be free of bugs, or never crash.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ragnarök Group OÜ will not be responsible for any damages, lost data, or issues with your device that result from playing our game.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make big changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep playing the game after we update the Terms, it means you accept the new rules.
