This Privacy Policy describes how Ragnarök Group OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you play our mobile runner game, Runnir (the "Game"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

  • In-App Purchases (IAP): Transactions are processed via Apple or Google. We do not receive your credit card or financial details. We receive confirmation of the purchase and a transaction token to deliver your digital goods.
  • Ad Networks: Our advertising partners may collect device identifiers to serve personalized ads and track ad performance.

4.1 International Data Transfers

Because we operate globally and utilize third-party service providers (such as Google and Apple), your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. When we do so, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure or access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  • Opt-out of Targeted Advertising & Tracking: You can reset your Advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your mobile device's privacy settings. For iOS Users: In accordance with Apple’s guidelines, you will be prompted via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to grant or deny consent before we or our advertising partners track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising.
  • California Privacy Rights (Right to Opt-Out of the "Sale" or "Sharing" of Personal Information): If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you specific rights. While we do not sell personal data for traditional monetary value, sharing device identifiers with third-party ad networks to serve personalized ads may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA.
